Why We Don't Accept Returns
Every UrbanWIRX piece is handcrafted to your specifications — from dimensions to finish. Once production begins, your order cannot be reversed or restocked.

- Quality Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of every piece we build. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

Care Guide
Caring for Your UrbanWIRX Piece
Your UrbanWIRX kitchen island or furniture piece is crafted from solid wood with premium finishes — built to last a lifetime when properly maintained. Follow this guide to keep it looking its best for generations.
Daily Cleaning
- Wipe surfaces with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth after use.
- Avoid abrasive sponges or harsh chemical cleaners — they can strip the finish.
- For spills, blot immediately with a clean cloth. Do not let liquids sit on the surface.
Deep Cleaning
- Use a mild soap diluted in warm water for periodic deep cleaning.
- Always wipe in the direction of the wood grain.
- Dry thoroughly with a clean cloth — never leave the surface wet.
Protecting the Surface
- Use cutting boards when prepping food — never cut directly on the wood surface.
- Place trivets or heat pads under hot pots, pans, and appliances.
- Use coasters under glasses and mugs to prevent water rings.
Conditioning the Wood
- Apply a food-safe wood conditioner or mineral oil every 3–6 months to keep the wood hydrated and prevent cracking.
- For finished surfaces, use a furniture wax or polish suited for your specific finish type.
Environmental Considerations
- Keep your piece away from direct sunlight, heating vents, and air conditioning units to prevent warping or fading.
- Maintain indoor humidity between 35–55% for optimal wood stability.
Touch-Ups & Repairs
- Minor scratches can often be buffed out with a wood touch-up marker or fine-grit sandpaper followed by re-oiling.
