Are your pieces custom-made?
Yes. Every UrbanWIRX kitchen island and furniture piece is built to order. We do not carry pre-made inventory.

How long does it take to build my piece?
Lead times vary depending on the complexity of your order, but typically range from 4–8 weeks. You will receive an estimated timeline at the time of order confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship nationwide?

How is my piece packaged for shipping?
All pieces are carefully wrapped and crated to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use freight shipping for larger items.

Will I be notified when my order ships?

Returns & Damages

Do you accept returns?
