At UrbanWIRX, all of our kitchen islands and furniture pieces are custom-built to order with meticulous craftsmanship. Because each piece is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Why We Don't Accept Returns

Every UrbanWIRX piece is handcrafted to your specifications — from dimensions to finish. Once production begins, your order cannot be reversed or restocked.

What We Do Instead

• Quality Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of every piece we build. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
• Order Accuracy: We encourage you to review your order details carefully before confirming. Our team is happy to answer any questions prior to production.
