Please note: We do not accept returns. All of our products are custom-built and made to order, which means each piece is crafted specifically for you. As such, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and production has begun.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.
